ABOUT ME

Born in Ghana, West Africa.  Grew up in Sydney, Australia.  Became a Civil Engineer.  Then felt called to church ministry.   Trained through Churches of Christ Theological College (NSW),  which is now Australian College of Ministries (A.C.O.M.).   Was minister at Armidale, Katoomba, and Port Stephens churches plus others.   Was married to Jennifer who passed away in 2024.  Have two children.  Live in Anna Bay, NSW.

CURRENT CHURCH INVOLVEMENT

I am retired but attend the Gateway Presbyterian Church, Anna bay,  where I co-ordinate the growth group ministry, write Bible studies and do some  of the preaching.

PURPOSE OF THIS SITE

The idea is to provide preaching and teaching resources for fellow ministers and others who may be interested.   For a preacher to learn the art of preaching or any way of presenting truth it is good to learn from others.   The best person to learn from is Jesus.   It is also good to learn from others who are effective in the craft of communicating.  Listen to a good speaker and figure out how you can present that message in your own way, adapt it to the type of people you speak to, maybe even improve on it.   “All originality and no plagiarism makes for dull preaching.”— Charles H. Spurgeon.     I am not the world’s best preacher or writer of Bible studies, but I believe that there is some inspired stuff here that may be of help to others.   I do not want any payment for what is on this website, consider it a gift from the Holy Spirit.   The bible studies can be adapted and used for any church work,  I only ask it be presented free of charge “freely you have received freely give.” (Matthew 10:8)
